Gabbi's 45 Day Prenatal X-ray

We got Gabbi's first radiograph done today. We hoped to get a good puppy count, but we were a little early. The Dr. can confirm 5-7, but there could be more developing puppies that are not visible yet. Puppies can be detected by X-ray around 45 days of gestation when their skeletons are beginning to calcify, but some may need a few more days to become visible. We will get another picture in about a week. We are guessing that there will be at least a couple more on the next X-ray.
